1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be
legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a binding agreement governing
website use only and do not replace, modify, or supersede any executed service agreement or contract.

3. SERVICES DISCLAIMER
Houston Tactical Patrol LLC provides private security services intended to deter risks through visible presence,
monitoring, and reporting. Services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis only and are not guaranteed to
prevent crime, loss, injury, or damages of any kind.
4. NO LAW ENFORCEMENT STATUS
All personnel are private security professionals and are not law enforcement officers. They do not possess police
authority or powers of arrest beyond those permitted to private citizens under Texas law.
5. NO DUTY TO PROTECT
Client acknowledges and agrees that Houston Tactical Patrol LLC does not assume a duty to protect persons or property.
No special relationship, fiduciary duty, or guarantee of safety is created by use of this website or services. Client
retains ultimate responsibility for the security and safety of their property, persons, and operations at all times.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Houston Tactical Patrol LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to theft, injury, loss of life,
business interruption, or property damage, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. LIABILITY CAP
In all cases, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Houston Tactical Patrol LLC, its owners,
officers, employees, agents, and contractors, for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the website, services, or any
related matter, shall be strictly limited to the greater of:
• One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00); OR
• The total fees actually paid by the client to Houston Tactical Patrol LLC within the sixty (60) days immediately preceding the event
giving rise to the claim; OR
• The minimum amount required to maintain enforceability of this provision under applicable law
This limitation shall apply regardless of the legal theory asserted, including but not limited to contract, tort, negligence, strict
liability, or otherwise.
Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that this limitation of liability is a fundamental basis of the agreement and a
material condition of the services provided.

8. GROSS NEGLIGENCE EXCEPTION
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability where prohibited by law, including cases of gross negligence, willful
misconduct, or violations that cannot legally be waived.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
Clients and users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Houston Tactical Patrol LLC, its owners, officers,
employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and
expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to services, website use, third-party actions, client
negligence, failure to maintain adequate insurance, or failure to maintain adequate safety measures.
10. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients remain solely responsible for maintaining property safety, implementing additional protective measures,
carrying adequate insurance coverage, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
11. SURVEILLANCE & TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMER
Monitoring systems, patrol technologies, communications, and third-party platforms may experience interruption,
delay, cyberattack, or failure. Houston Tactical Patrol LLC is not responsible for system outages, equipment malfunctions,
data loss, or third-party failures.
12. USE OF FORCE
Personnel operate under strict training guidelines and Texas law. Any use of force is limited to what is reasonable
and necessary under the circumstances. Houston Tactical Patrol LLC shall not be liable for claims arising from the lawful
use of force, acts of self-defense, or actions taken in response to perceived threats, except where prohibited by law.
13. DATA COLLECTION
We may collect personal, technical, and operational data necessary to provide services, maintain communication,
improve operations, and ensure security.
14. DATA HANDLING
Sensitive operational data, including patrol routes, incident reports, client information, and operational
communications, is treated as confidential and protected using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical
safeguards.
15. INCIDENT REPORTS
Incident reports may contain sensitive or personal information and are shared only with authorized parties, law
enforcement, insurers, legal representatives, or as required by law.

16. CONFIDENTIALITY
All personnel are bound by confidentiality obligations regarding client information, operations, patrol routes, reports,
and proprietary data.
17. PRIVACY RIGHTS
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data in accordance with applicable laws. Requests will
be handled within a reasonable timeframe as required by law.
18. GDPR & CCPA
Where applicable, users may exercise rights under GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations. Houston
Tactical Patrol will comply with legally required data rights, disclosures, and limitations.
19. COOKIE POLICY
Cookies and similar technologies may be used for functionality, analytics, security, and user experience
improvements.
20. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Houston Tactical Patrol LLC is not responsible for third-party systems, vendors, websites, platforms, or services, including
failures, breaches, data loss, or performance issues.
21. FORCE MAJEURE
Houston Tactical Patrol LLC shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control,
including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, labor disputes, cyber incidents, equipment failures,
governmental actions, civil unrest, emergencies, or events creating unsafe operating conditions.
22. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue shall be exclusively in Harris County,
Texas.
23. LEGAL JURISDICTION
All legal matters, claims, disputes, or proceedings arising out of or relating to this website, these Terms, company
services, or any related matter shall be handled exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Harris County, Texas,
unless subject to the arbitration provision below. Users and clients consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of
such courts.

24. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, services, or any relationship
between the parties shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered in Harris County,
Texas, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• The parties expressly waive the right to a trial by jury
• The parties expressly waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative
proceeding
• All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only
The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability,
enforceability, or formation of this arbitration provision.
Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless otherwise required by law or awarded by the arbitrator.
This arbitration provision shall survive termination of these Terms and any services provided.

25. SECURITY LICENSING
Houston Tactical Patrol LLC is intended to operate in compliance with applicable Texas Department of Public Safety Private
Security Program requirements and applicable Texas private security laws and regulations. Personnel must perform regulated
security services only as permitted by applicable licensing, registration, training, and company authorization requirements.
Nothing on this website authorizes any unlicensed activity or any service outside the scope permitted by applicable Texas law.
26. INSURANCE DISCLAIMER
Services provided do not replace the need for insurance. Clients are solely responsible for maintaining adequate
insurance coverage for property, liability, business interruption, personal injury, and losses.
27. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
Houston Tactical Patrol LLC operates as an independent contractor and not as an employee, partner, joint venturer, or
agent of the client.
28. NO WARRANTIES
All services and website content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express
or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
non-infringement, uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or guaranteed security outcomes.
29. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force
and effect. Any unenforceable provision shall be interpreted to the maximum extent permitted by law.
30. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms represent the entire agreement regarding website use and supersede any prior understandings related
to the website. These Terms do not replace any separately executed written service agreement unless expressly
stated in writing.
31. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE
Use of this website constitutes electronic acceptance of these Terms and has the same legal effect as a written
agreement.

Houston Tactical Patrol LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of
the website constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
33. MINORS
This website is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Houston Tactical Patrol LLC does not knowingly collect, request,
store, or maintain personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If the company becomes aware that information
from a minor has been submitted, reasonable steps may be taken to remove such information. The company assumes no
responsibility for unauthorized use of the website by individuals under 18.
