At-Will Employment

Drug-Free Workplace & Testing Requirement
I understand that Houston Tactical Patrol maintains a strict drug-free workplace policy. As a condition of employment, I agree to
submit to drug and alcohol testing, including pre-employment, random, post-incident, and reasonable suspicion testing. Refusal to
test, failure to cooperate, or a confirmed positive result may result in disqualification or termination of employment.

I understand that employment is contingent upon obtaining and maintaining all required licenses through the Texas Department of
Public Safety (DPS) Private Security Program (PSP).
